Welcome to DroneHub ("DroneHub," "we," "us"), operated at dronehub.live. By creating an account, uploading content, or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use DroneHub.

1. Who can use DroneHub

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Your content and the license you grant us

You retain ownership of everything you upload. By uploading content to DroneHub, you grant DroneHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and create derivative works of that content (such as thumbnails, previews, and clips) for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the service. This license ends a commercially reasonable time after you delete your content, except for content already shared or embedded elsewhere, or copies retained for legal compliance.

You also grant every other user of DroneHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access and view your content through the service.

If you mark an upload as Creative Commons — Attribution (CC BY 4.0), you additionally grant everyone the rights described in that license, including reuse with attribution. This choice is not revocable for copies already distributed. Uploads under the DroneHub Standard License may only be viewed through DroneHub and may not be redistributed without your permission.

3. Your responsibilities when uploading

• You own the content or have every right, license, and permission needed to upload it and to grant the licenses above.
• Your content complies with our Community Guidelines and all applicable laws, including aviation regulations, export-control rules, and privacy laws where the footage was recorded.
• Footage depicting sensitive real-world events must be flagged as sensitive at upload.
• You will not upload content that infringes others' intellectual property, invades privacy, or was obtained unlawfully.

4. Moderation

New uploaders' content is reviewed before publication. We may remove, reject, restrict, or demonetize any content, and suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Uploaders with a history of compliant, quality content may be granted trusted status (instant publishing), which can be revoked at any time.

5. Copyright complaints

We respond to copyright takedown notices. If you believe content on DroneHub infringes your copyright, email legal@dronehub.live with the video URL, a description of the work infringed, your contact information, and a good-faith statement. Repeat infringers' accounts will be terminated.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

DroneHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DroneHub and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
